At Tall Poppy, we believe that every person has a superpower. And you should never shrink for standing tall in your worth or your superpower.
The name Tall Poppy is inspired by a term that originated in Australia in the 80's - Tall Poppy Syndrome. Tall Poppy Syndrome is the quiet tendency to cut down, criticize, or resent people who stand out, succeed or shine a little too brightly. Ever been called "too much"? Yeah, we're talking to you.
Like the flower, Tall Poppy is inspired by the resilience and courage to grow beyond our limiting beliefs and expectations.
Tall Poppy is a sanctuary for those ready to unapologetically embrace their full potential and live with intention and purpose. This is more than just a healing space; it’s a community where we can be all tall poppies together.
We celebrate what makes you uniquely you - that purpose that fuels your soul and empowers you to stand tall in your worth.
This is a community where:
✔ Authenticity is required (no masks).
✔ Awkward, messy growth is celebrated (yes, even the tough parts).
✔ Healing is nurtured (with tools + support)

It took over 30 years to be able to answer those questions where I didn’t feel like a fraud. Drumroll, please….The answer to the $11,111 question is…
I teach people how to find their purpose, let go of what is no longer serving them and how to design a life worth living through:

Shannon, are you an angel?! How can you be real? We meet for a few moments and the beautiful words of support keep coming. YOU are the best thing to happen for all of us at PHS LC. Your presentation was fantastic.
